Opening A 10 Digit Supra Lock Box Without The Code

If you’ve forgotten the PIN code for a 10 digit mechanical lock box, don’t worry! There’s no trick to this, it’ll take a while but it’ll work. Press the buttons in the order that this video instructs you to and you should be able to find the PIN in about 30 minutes. If it’s too fast you may need to slow it down, but once you get used to the instructions, it’s not too bad.

Theoretically this is the best way to test all PIN combinations with the lowest number of button presses. If you’re lucky you’ll find the PIN before you get to the end. Good luck 🙂

  1. Thank you!!!! This Thanksgiving I am thankful for you and sharing this post. My sister has one of these in her house the builder put in 10 yrs ago but he forgot the combo. With your help I had it open in 10 mins!

  2. Find this box in the garbage. Had a hard time following the video because the buttons would jam sometimes. Soaked it with some spray lube. Worked nicely and found the code within 15 minutes. Thanks

  3. This totally worked. For those who downvoted or say it doesn’t work, remember that not all lock boxes like this are manufactured the same. Some may reset upon testing. This was a fantastic video, thank you Grant!

  4. Didn't work for me. Turns out mine (Supra H4) resets every time you "test", so 5-test-0-test-1test-2test was only testing each digit, not all 4. Turns out 0125 were my digits (after I drilled it open – which took all of 30 seconds). LOL. Too bad because that would have been my 2nd or 3rd attempt according to the lists!

  5. After failing with putting pressure on the open button and feeling for tension to determine the combination I tried this method. Took 5 mins for a 4 digit code. Maths is great.

  6. OMG!! 12 min in and magic happened ! Haven't opened this thing in 3 years. Been shuffling it around the garage. Could have sworn it was a 4 digit code, turned out to be 5 digits. You Rock!

  7. Thank you so much! I've spent 3 hours trying all other seemingly easier ways to open the lock and none of them worked even though my lock looks exactly the same as one in a video. And it took me only1 minute and 20 seconds to open using this method! Can't believe I've waisted so much time! Thanks again!
